The comfortable and recently renovated dining rooms are capable of seating up to 130 diners but our panoramic veranda allows us to enlarge the restaurant area in the summer months.

The restaurant provides an excellent selection of regional dishes prepared following ancient and genuine recipes passed down from generation to generation and which vary with the season. Whether you choose from the wide assortment of courses on our à la carte menu or you opt for different samples of our chef's culinary delights, you will appreciate our exquisite cuisine characterized by a large variety of local specialities which include game with polenta, boletus mushrooms, cured meats, cheeses, home-made desserts, a wide choice of risotto, home-made pasta and ravioli, fresh fish from the lake and fine Piedmontese meats served with organic vegetables.

Thanks to the wide choice of dishes proposed by our seasonal and assorted menus, we are in a position to tempt even the most jaded palate and satisfy different tastes from the appetizers to the desserts.

The restaurant is complemented by a distinguished cellar which offers a fine selection of local wines from the hills of the province of Novara, from the valleys of Ossola and from Piedmont in general but also of the most famous red Italian wines.

The Monterosa is also the ideal location for banquets, receptions, business dinners and all kinds of events.

We usually prepare the 'welcome drink' in the comfortable inner lounge or in the wide veranda which are also the suitable places for hosting a music band or for a dance to entertain your guests.

On request a hotel room will be at the disposal of the bridal couple who wants to relax after the wedding party.
