Pella village
Located on the western coast of Lake Orta, Pella is a typical village on the shores of Cusio. Less known than its neighbor, Orta, the town is located at the foot of the granite cliff on which stands the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso, from which you can enjoy a unique view.
From the small town you can then continue by boat towards the Island of San Giulio where a 4th century basilica was built dedicated to the saint who, according to legend, defeated the dragon that made him famous on that small strip of land.
Finally, taking the boat again, you arrive at Orta San Giulio, a medieval village that with the charm of its streets and lakeside conquers every visitor
